　　位于青島市市南區(qū)南海路23號(hào)，建于1903～1904年，屬歐洲中世紀(jì)田園式公共建筑，建筑面積4940平方米?；◢弾r砌基，清水墻面勾縫，敞廊露柱，造型獨(dú)特。曾稱匯泉大酒店，是青島最早的假日旅館之一。1912年，孫中山在青島停留時(shí)曾入住該旅館。2006年，作為青島德國(guó)建筑群之一，被列為全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位。

　　Located at No.23, Nanhai Road, Shinan District, Qingdao, the Hotel was built in 1903~1904 and belongs to European medieval rural public architecture, with a floorage of 4,940 m2. Of granite foundation laid, clear-cut rejoining on clear wall spaces, open corridor and exposed columns in unique shapes, it was once called Huiquan Hotel and was one of earliest holiday hotels in Qingdao. In 1912, SUN Yat-Sen once checked in the Hotel during his stay in Qingdao. The Hotel was listed into key national protected units of cultural relics in 2006 as one of the German architectural complexes in Qingdao.
